Shyam Srinivasan spent over three decades in banking across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, including fourteen years as MD & CEO of Federal Bank, where he built an institution of growing scale and lasting significance. He has also held senior leadership roles at Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank and is a Distinguished Alumnus of IIM Calcutta and NIT Tiruchirappalli. He is a recipient of the Business Standard Banker of the Year Award, the Financial Express Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Forbes Icon of Excellence, among several recognitions.
